Return Policy

This Return Policy describes the eligibility of returns for purchases from www.amuara.com.my (the “Site”) and is issued by Amuara Love Bake Cookies.

We stand behind our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • ⁠Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • ⁠Perishable goods are non-returnable.
  • ⁠A receipt or proof of purchase and a valid identification document (IC or driver’s license) are required.

Refunds (if applicable) 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • ⁠Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. ⁠Contact your credit card provider.
  3. ⁠Contact your bank for processing updates.

Sale items (if applicable) 

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
  • ⁠Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged.
  • Please email support@amuara.com.my to check availability before sending the item back.

  • ⁠Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • ⁠Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • ⁠For items valued over RM50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
